Where We Go

Where We Can Help

Home & Office Visits

Affidavits, consent letters, and personal or business forms, signed at your kitchen table or conference room. We work around your schedule.

Hospitals & Care Facilities

Calm, unhurried bedside signings at hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. We plan around visiting hours and give each signer the time they need.

Estate & Law Offices

Off-site and after-hours signings when your client can't come to you. Your office prepares the documents; we verify identity, notarize, and record each act in our journal.

Apostille Assistance

Documents headed overseas, handled through each New York step: we notarize, then can handle the Nassau County Clerk certification and the New York Department of State apostille for you. Government fees are separate. Ask whoever is receiving your document what they require.

Evening & Weekend Appointments

Early mornings, evenings, and weekends, by appointment. After-hours and same-day visits may add a surcharge, always quoted up front.

  3. An Official Record
We witness the signing, complete the notarization with our stamp, and record it in our journal.
Good to Know

What a Notary Does, and Doesn't Do

We Will

  • Travel to you at a time that works
  • Verify each signer's identity
  • Witness signatures and administer oaths or affirmations
  • Complete, stamp, and record each notarization

We Can't

  • Give legal advice or explain what a document means
  • Choose, prepare, or fill out documents for you
  • Certify copies, including passports and vital records
  • Certify translations
  • Notarize for anyone who isn't present or can't show valid ID

Not sure which document you need? The attorney, agency, or company asking for it can tell you.
